Spilled latex paint on prefinished wood floors. Floor had scratches. How can I get the paint out of scratches

Place a warm water dampened cloth over the scratches for a period of time to soften the latex paint, and then scrub it out with an old toothbrush or similar.Spilled latex paint on prefinished wood floors. Floor had scratches. How can I get the paint out of scratches
If you cannot wash the paint out ( I am told that Latex Paint is water-based) then paint-striper and sanding are you only other options.

Though you have to admit, this sounds like a great time to refinish the floors.

Best of Luck,

goof off will work, but it's strong. Try lighter fluid first and a small toothbrush that's not too firm. The lighter fluid dissipates faster, so it won't harm the finish. it on the area and lightly scrub in a circular motion. Wipe away excess and paint. wula!
Try Goof-Off. You will probably need a brush or pick to get in the grooves.
