They sell a brush cleaner at the diy stores in quart cans..I am A painter and this is what we use...especially when about 8 or 10 of your helpers fail to clean them properly..I do a monthly sweep on dried brushes and restore them in the bulk...How do you clean dried latex paint from paint brushes?

soak them in a laquer thinner,it will loosen the paint up,then wire brush the them to remove the loosened paint ,then wash them in warm water and mild detergent.
They make a product called oops its made for dried latex paint, not only in brushes but carpet and walls too, can get it at your local Ace Hardware store
Let them sit in paint thinner for a while and the wash throughly.
I just buy new cheap ones.
Soak it for awhile in some dish soap/water agitate it with your hands, and the comb it out, and then rinse it until clear! And then use cheap hair conditioner to recondition the bristles!
everyone will say soak it with water. A better way is to not only soak it, but SUBMERGE it in a bucket of hot water and OXYCLEAN. laugh out loud (omg) it works like a charm
