It depends on what you are trying to remove it from.





glass - use a razor scraper


carpet - wet thourghly and rub hard with a wet rag finishing with a dry rag.


hardwood floor - same as carpet

Soap, water and elbow grease should do the job.

It pretty much depends on what surface you wish to remove paint from.


If it was just an ';oops'; and not on fabric or carpet, or your grandmothers inherited sideboy, water will work.


After the fact,and if it isn't as critical ';goof off'; works. A scrunge does as well, with dish detergent.


It sounds a bit late for this advice but maybe for next time, mask the area you don't want paint on using painters treated masking papers, drop cloths, tarps, and/or blue painting masking tape.
