Is it possible to mix latex paints together?

Go to any paint store, point to the latex color you want, they will mix it up for you. You can mix latex with latex, not latex with oil base. Latex is water base, and can be cleaned up with water. Oil base requires turpentine or mineral spirits for cleanup. Is it possible to mix latex paints together?
I have geen a painter for over forty years, there would be no problem mixing latex paints together. We frequently mix latex paints to use for primers or a different shade or color. Make sure you strain the paint if you use left over paint..Better to strain it,than to pick garbage off the wall. Tip: a ladies nylon stocking makes a great strainer Hope this helps.......LarryIs it possible to mix latex paints together?
You can also mix together SMALL AMOUNTS of latex paint, even different colors, and

use this mixture as a primer coat on jobs where your final finish isn’t critical.
