if its inflamed and giving you problems then best and safest way is a quick visit to GP or a nurse and get an antibiotic cream or pessary etc it wil be very uncomfortable to continue without attending it so do not b embarrassed ( its actual not uncommon) and do it today. failing that have a quite word with your local chemist who will be very helpful.
