Most websites have measurement tables. Try and get one that matches your measurements. With Latex it is better to have one measurement an inch small and the rest correct, then to have one measurement correct and the rest an inch too big.
On the other have, most stores have some form of made-to-measure service. Just say you want it skin tight, and trust them. Or you could take your own measurements and try eBay for a slight price brake.

If you're ordering it offline, most sites will have the measurments listed- and if you want it fitted... trust them. If you add to it, it'll just make it kind of bunched up in that area
