Can Liquid Latex be used as a Condom? Is it made out of the same thing? WIll it prevent STDs?

What I mean is, if somebody spreyed on liquid latex on their genital area or penis, and let it dry, would that be just as effective as a Latex Condom? or could stds, enter through it?

I thought since alot of people have stds, on other genital areas (pubic areas, buttocks, legs, etc) that I could just put Liquid latex all over my waist and genitals and use it as a large condom. Will this Work? Can Liquid Latex be used as a Condom? Is it made out of the same thing? WIll it prevent STDs?
I doubt it. The chemicals in the latex would probably cause a severe reaction, which would be very unpleasant in that very sensitive area. But it may be worth trying this when it is available.

You've got to be kidding........right?....... or are you just ......
i have NEVER heard of liquid latex, and i wouldnt trust it as far as icould throw it. Latex is lke a rubbery substance, so a liquid form of latex would be melted rubber, which i presume would be extremely hot (since you would have to melt it) ?? I dunno call me crazy but i wouldnt do it!
No..

Condoms are designed not to tear. And most have a spermicidal lubricant on them

Unless the latex says on the can to use it that way you can't do that. And I'll bet it is not designed to be applied to intimate/sensitive areas.

And I can't see your average person finding it a turn on anyhoo.
go buy a box of trojans. liquid latex has this tendacy to stick to hair. would you really want to pull latex from your genital and thighs while it's holding on to the hair?? i would hope not.
