Technically yes, but if your not doing a high-end job just skim out the chunks after it thaws and it will still work.If latex paint freezes and thaws is it ruined?
It's not the best thing for it. Freezing changes the structure of the paint and the coverage may not be the same. You may get streaks on the wall.
